Finishing varnishes are used to protect and give a spectacular finish to drawings and decorations on various surfaces. Stamperia Crystal Varnish is an acrylic resin based topcoat that is applied to finished art and craft projects. It has both a protective and decorative function, as it gives a spectacular glittering look, resembling the transparent reflections of a crystal. The vitreous varnish does not dilute, does not turn yellow and does not change its colorless shade over time. It is extremely suitable for making cabochons for decorating images on medallions and for creating transparent pearl droplets, but should not be applied to fabrics, oil paints and wax.
