The patina "Idea Patina", produced by the Italian company "Maimeri", is used to create a decorative effect of aging on uneven, embossed surfaces. Maimeri's Idea Patina series of two-phase patina includes 4 aging sets - gold with a greenish tinge, iron with rust, bronze with blue and copper with bluish. The combinations between the metallics and the oxidants are factory justified, in order to reliably imitate an old metal, therefore the mixing of different from the mentioned products would have no effect. The rust-colored patina from the "Idea Patina" series is the second step in the two-component system for giving an antique look on various surfaces.It must be used on a surface pre-treated with iron patina, playing the role of an oxidizer, corroding the underlying metal layer. Metallic and oxidant are available in separate glass jars with a capacity of 60 ml.
